Skinning: $50.00
Standard Cut & Wrap: $135.00 flat fee
Beef Fat added to burger: $2.65/lb of fat we add.
Back Straps/Tenderloins into steak, rest into jerky: $100.00 flat Processing fee, plus the cost of jerky/summer sausage.
Whole deer into jerky or summer sausage: $70.00 flat processing fee, plus the cost of jerky/summer sausage.

ELK – MOOSE – BUFFALO

Skinning: $80.00
Standard Cut & Wrap: $1.59/lb (hanging weight)
Beef Fat added to burger: $2.65/lb of fat we add.
Back Straps/Tenderloins into steak, rest into jerky: $1.39/lb (hanging weight) Processing fee, plus the cost of jerky/summer sausage.
Whole Elk into jerky or summer sausage: $1.29/lb (hanging weight) processing fee, plus the cost of jerky/summer sausage.

WILD GAME JERKY AND SUMMER SAUAGE:

Natural Cut: $14.00/lb
Ground, Stick Style: $11.00/lb
SUMMER SAUSAGES COMES IN ABOUT A 3LB ROLL
Regular Summer Sausage: $11.00/roll
Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage: $12.00/roll
