You worked hard for your hunt — we’ll make sure that effort pays off. Every animal is processed by hand, with careful attention to detail. You’ll get clearly labeled packages, consistent cuts, and meat that’s ready for the freezer or the grill.

  • Standard Cut & Wrap: $135.00 flat fee

    • Includes custom cutting, butcher paper wrap, and freezing

  • Add Beef Fat to Burger: $3.25/lb of fat added

    • Adds flavor, juiciness, and helps bind lean game meat

  • Backstraps/Tenderloins as Steaks, Rest into Jerky: $100.00 flat processing fee + jerky or summer sausage cost

  • Whole Deer into Jerky or Summer Sausage: $80.00 flat processing fee + jerky or summer sausage cost

Our butchers have spent decades perfecting the art of elk, moose, and buffalo processing. Each animal is handled carefully to maximize yield and quality, with every piece trimmed, labeled, and packed to last.
